We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Processing Clerk to join our team at Parlain Co Ltd. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field, and possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer systems and software.
Responsibilities
Process and input sales orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues
Maintain inventory and shipping records
Handle returns and exchanges in a professional and timely manner
Monitor and track order status to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process and input large volumes of data
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and order management software
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and procedures, including shipping, inventory management, and returns processing
Fluent in Cantonese and ability to handle basic English.
